The week is coming to an end, which means it's time for our weekly development progress report! So let's quickly see what progress has been made in the past few days.
Particl Desktop 🖥
This week, we've made considerable progress re-adding the new marketplace-specific changes into Particl Desktop. As such, we expect to wrap up this specific item towards the end of this weekend or early next week.
Once that is completed, we'll work on the minor tweaks, additions, and improvements to Particl Desktop. Again, there's nothing complicated there, just time, so that should only take a handful of days.
Then, we'll run a few internal tests, after which we'll be ready to go live with Particl Desktop 3.3 on testnet.

- (In progress) We are in the process of re-adding the new marketplace-specific code into Particl Desktop.
- (Pending) A couple of general but minor tweaks and minor improvements/optimizations need to be done, but they are negligible in terms of effort to sort out.

BasicSwap 📈
This week, most of the BasicSwap-related efforts have been dedicated to integrating a new privacy coin into BasicSwap. We've also been updating the DEX with a series of improvements and code cleaning, which we're constantly in the process of testing.
GUI v0.1.2
We've also pushed a notable update to BasicSwap's user interface with GUI v0.2. This update introduces a wide variety of improvements, tweaks, and bug fixes to the initial user interface, as well as better price charts and code cleaning as well.
The closed beta group is now testing this new version of the GUI, and we expect to go live with the first public release very shortly.
