As the team gets back from Nashville after attending the 2024 edition of the Litecoin Summit, let's take a moment to look back at what we've achieved in the past few days and see what we've got to look forward to in the week to come.

Particl Marketplace Update ๐Ÿ›’

We're currently working on a marketplace message scanner to extract the relevant information that needs to be analyzed by the LLM-powered moderation script. This is our current focus as the portion of the work relating to the LLM logic is now complete and awaiting the delivery of the scanner.

Once completed, the next step will be to merge it with the marketplace-related component of the system, and then test it extensively before release.

User Interface ย ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ

We've continued with work on improvements to the user interface, including an improvement to the rate system and how coin prices are fetched.

These updates will soon be available on GitHub and, as always, you'll be able to test these changes before they go live by switching to the dev branch.

BasicSwap at the Litecoin Summit ๐Ÿ”๏ธ

Dr. Kap, Cryptoguard, and other BasicSwap contributors met in Nashville for the 2024 edition of the Litecoin Summit in which Dr. Kap gave a presentation on BasicSwap and the upcoming MWEB swap compatibility.

The event was a resounding success, both for the Litecoin Foundation for hosting such a stellar event, but also for BasicSwap. We're currently exploring different potential collaborations with a variety of projects we've met and will be pursuing additional leads in the days to come. We will keep you up-to-date once these concretize.

In the meantime, if you didn't get the chance to catch Dr. Kap live, you can watch his presentation in the embedded media player right below at the 04:05:08 timestamp. We also recommend skimming through the entire content for both days of the Summit as there have been several high quality talks that you're likely to find interesting.

Finally, we'd love to thank the Litecoin Foundation for putting up such an incredible event and for having invited BasicSwap and Particl to the Summit. We look forward for what's to come!

As always, we thank you immensely for your passion and dedication to Particl and what it's working towards achieving. None of it would be possible without you all!

We wish you a great weekend we'll see you all back on Monday! ๐Ÿ‘‹
